For our clients with Allergies and Asthma, our objective is to clean all corners of
the house to remove allergens, particularly Dust Mites and Pet Dander. Dust Mites are small enough to ride on the back of a flea and it is their scales
and droppings that trigger allergic reactions. Since the size of some of these Allergens are less than three microns, even a home vacuum with a HEPA
filter cannot capture them, as they can fit through the pores of the filter.
MasterBlend's Responsible Care System is a series of Plant-based Cleaners. The product line includes a Dust Mite
Anti-Allergen Spray and a Filter Enhancer. The cleaning is concentrated
on certain areas most likely to have high concentrations of the irritants, such
as Bedding, Mattresses, Upholstered Furniture and Draperies in the Bedroom, and Upholstered items in the Family Room.
The process begins by thoroughly
vacuuming all areas with an industrial HEPA triple filter vacuum to remove as much of the Dry Particulates, Dusts, Pollens and Allergens as possible.
We then clean
the carpets with our Very Low Moisture All Natural Cleaning Agents that contain Colloidal Silver.
The Colloidal Silver in the Cleaning Agent not only cleans the fibers of the carpet, but sanitizes and deodorizes too.
We then Clean and Sanitize the Draperies, Upholstered items and the Mattress by using Dry Vapor Steam.

The process is completed by applying an anti-allergen spray which is plant based,
not an insecticide, and is hypo-allergenic . This denatures the proteins
that trigger allergic reactions and will continue to work for six months.
For the system to work most effectively the client must prepare the areas
before we arrive.
This includes stripping the room
of all dirty clothes, linen, comforters,and pillows (it is recommended to replace
pillows that are more than two years old).

and Asthma tend to be highly sensitive to chemicals, we utilize only sustainable and renewable Plant based All-Natural Cleaning Agents. Our Cleaning Agents have No Odors, No VOCs to offgass, and will not leave any residues to attract soils.

To enhance the effectiveness of
the filters already in the client's vacuum and furnace, our system includes
an anti-allergen filter spray, to capture allergens that would otherwise be dispersed
throughout the home. This spray is included with the service.
We also provide an Anti-Allergen cleaning rinse for your bedclothes. This rinse is used in your washer in place of a fabric softener, and will provide protection through approximately 4 washings before reapplication is necessary. The gallon of rinse provided with the service will treat the bedclothes of a normal family for 6 months.
